Updating your information within your
MyDisneyExperience account is a fairly simple process, let's get started! First, sign in to your account if prompted. Then, on the top right-hand corner of the screen where you see the "MyDisneyExperience logo" you'll want to hover your cursor over it to open a drop-down menu. You should then see your character icon with your name and "Profile" and you'll want to click on that. Next, scroll down and select the "Account Settings" option. This will open up a new page where you can change your email preferences, passwords, birthdate and all of your other personal information. You'll change what it is you are wanting to change your email address to and select the "Done" option. This will save all of your new preferences. It's as easy as bibbidi bibbidi boo! If you find you are having an issue with this or don't see the option to change your email with the steps that I've provided for you above then you can always call and someone in Guest relations will be more than happy to speak with you.
