    I need assistance with a reservation and no one is available to speak to me. can you please help!

    Hello, Arnold. Thanks for stopping by planDisney to ask your question.

    I'm sorry that you are having such a hard time getting through to speak to someone about a problem you are having with your reservation. Due to the high number of calls at this time, the wait times over the phone can be longer than normal. Because of this, I've been suggesting that people check out the chat feature on the MyDisneyExprience mobile app. Have you tried that yet? If not, open up the app on your smartphone device and login if prompted. Then, select the menu bar which is the three horizontal lines at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. This will open the menu and then you'll need to scroll down until you see the option to "Chat With Us". That option will open up the chat feature. In the message box, you can type in the issue you are having and then you'll be placed in the queue. When a Cast Member is available to chat with you, you will receive a push notification and then can open up the app again and start chatting. It's a nice feature because even though you are waiting, you are able to do other things and then will be notified when it is your turn. The chat feature hours start at 6:00 a.m. each day and I've had great luck chatting with an agent right away first thing in the morning. 

    If that doesn't work out for you, Arnold, head back over here and tell me specifically what's going on. I may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue, or we may find out that you are just going to need to wait for a Cast Member. Either way, at least you'll know. I'll be keeping an eye out for your messages.
