I need assistance in planning as it relates to tickets purchased years ago with no expiration date. We attended many times when children were younger, and are coming back this year. How do I find out how many days are left and who the ticket is assigned

Hi Mark! Welcome back to the most magical place on earth!

Your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World will be filled with nostalgic memories of past visits with your young children and excitement over all the new thrills and attractions the parks have added. One of the best new additions is Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disney's Hollywood Studios and Pandora in Disney's Animal Kingdom. These fantastical lands will provide moments of wonder when you might just think you've traveled to another planet.

Disney does honor unexpired tickets with remaining admissions on them. This includes most tickets bought before 2004 and tickets purchased with the No Expiration Option that was offered for a few years after 2004. Tickets bought after 2004 without the No Expiration Option expire 14 days after the first use.

A Cast Member can help you convert your old tickets. Call (407) 939-1289 or try contacting Guest Relations by email.

Enjoy your latest adventure with Mickey!
