Need assistance with applying for DAS pass

    Hiya, Alex!

Welcome to planDisney! We're so happy that you found us hEAR. I'm Kristen, and I'm happy to be your planEAR today!

How exciting that your visit to The Happiest Place on Earth is so very soon, Alex! And even better, I love that you're getting your plans together before your first Disney day so you and your whole crew can enjoy Mickey's Original House from the get-go!

Uncle Walt designed his theme park to be a place where the whole family could have fun, and I'm very happy to say that inclusivity remains a priority with the newest attractions as well as innovating ways to enjoy the classics. Guests who wish to utilize the Disability Access Service, also known as DAS, can do so in two ways: either set up this service in person as soon as they enter either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park at a Guest Relations location; or, by reaching out to the DAS Advance team. With DAS Advance, your party will set up a virtual meeting from home at least two (2) days before your arrival (but not more than 30) and you'll be set up for fun from minute one after you enter the parks. For full instructions on how to set up a DAS Advance Virtual Appointment, scroll down about halfway on this DAS Advance link where you'll see the 'Request Live Chat' button.

Bonus Tip: hEAR are a few more good links to find out more information about what all DAS can assist with, like which attractions allow Guests to remain in their wheelchairs and ECVs or which attractions can utilize the DAS advance booking option.

I hope that this helped to clEAR your question up, Alex. If you have any more questions or need even more assistance, you can reach out to the Disability Services team at (407) 560-2547 or send an email to disability.services@disneyland.com. Be sure to follow the official planDisney Panel Instagram account for even more tips and tricks, Alex! And if you have any more Disneyland Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
