Do I need an Apple Wallet or magic band or can I just scan all of my families tickets straight from my Disney App on my phone . It has our 3 day ticket and the future plans show the reserved park days. Thank you

    Hi Nakella, welcome to planDisney!

As someone who manages several people on the My Disney Experience mobile app, I understand wanting to have easy access to tickets and plans from your phone.

In the My Disney Experience mobile app, you can view the tickets that you manage under “Tickets and Passes.” Each ticket will have a barcode so you’ll need to scroll through to the next pass as each member of your party enters the theme park.

However, you won’t be able to use that barcode on your phone to collect attraction photos at the photo preview walls found after you exit an attraction. There are a few options you can do instead to make sure you link those photos to your My Disney Experience account. You can stop by Guest Relations and request an admission card (this card can also be used as your ticket to enter the theme parks), or you can collect a Disney Photopass card from a PhotoPass photographer. You can tap these cards at the touchpoints on the photo preview walls to link the photo to your My Disney Experience account.

Speaking of PhotoPass photos, have you purchased Memory Maker for your Walt Disney World Resort visit yet? This is a great way to save the photos you take with PhotoPass photographers and the ride photos from several attractions in the theme parks.

I hope this explanation was helpful, Nakella. Please reach out to me again if you have any questions in the future!
