    Do I need to do anything special to qualify for a Grand Gathering? We are planning a trip w/ a minimum of 9 people and am interested in the Safari Celebration Grand gathering.

    Travel parties with at least 8 Guests over the age of 3 staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel may purchase a Walt Disney World Magical Gatherings vacation package. You'll want to call a Grand Gathering Travel Planner at 407-WDW-PLAN for assistance with coordinating your lodging and making reservations for dining, recreation and special experiences. They can help you with reserving the Grand Gathering Experiences including the Safari Celebration Dinner, Good Morning Gathering and the International Dinner & IllumiNations Dessert Reception. These can be booked up to 180 days in advance.
