Hiya Robert,
Welcome to planDisney! How wonderful you have a vacation planned during my favorite day of the year. May the Fourth be with you! I am very excited to help you answer your question about your upcoming trip.
I’m sorry to hear that your other Guest is no longer able to make it to your planned trip. Luckily any time is a magical time to visit Walt Disney World Resort. So let’s focus on getting the Theme Park ticket date changed. To change the Theme Park ticket using the
My Disney Experience account via a web browser:
-Log onto My Disney Experience account and go to “My Plans.”
-Under “Tickets and Memory Maker,” find your Theme Park tickets.
-Next to your Theme Park tickets, you should see an option to “Modify Ticket.”
-Select the ticket you would like to change and choose your new desired Theme Park dates.
-Just a quick reminder, changing the date may lead to an increase in price, so confirm the dates you are switching to work before changing the ticket and checking out.
After changing the Theme Park ticket, don’t forget to have your Guest go in and book their Disney Park Pass Reservation. She will need a valid theme park ticket and a Disney Park Pass reservation to enter the Theme Park.
Now let’s talk about
Savi’s Workshop! I’m genuinely excited for you that you have secured a reservation for this genuinely out-of-this-world experience. You are going to love it! After speaking to a Cast Member, you should be able to modify your current May Savi’s Workshop reservation to remove your Guest. There will be a daily itinerary under “My Plan” in your My Disney Experience account. Next to your Savi’s Workshop reservation, there should be a button to “Change Reservation.” Once you click it, you should see the option to remove a Guest, change a Guest, or cancel the reservation altogether. Once you remove your Guest, you or they will need to make another reservation for Savi’s Workshop in September. Please note that you will likely be unable to book a Savi’s Workshop reservation for September this far out in advance, so you will need to wait until reservations become available (60 days before the new vacation dates).
I hope you can get everything shuffled for your upcoming trip! If you experience any technical difficulties, I suggest reaching out to a
Cast Member for additional assistance. They can help you better navigate any interference from BB-9E on My Disney Experience.
Til the Spires,
Ashley F.
