Need advice for transportation to Magic Kingdom from All Star Music resort for an 8:00am reservation Cinderella’s Table on November 30 2026 and we need to checkin at the turnstiles at 7:45am. I believe park early entry is 8:30am and 1st bus starts 7:45am.

    Hiya Christa,

Welcome to planDisney! Just the other day, I saw something online about how Disney travel planning can feel like a math word problem. You know the ones I'm thinking of: "If train B leaves the station at this time and train A 30 minutes later, traveling..." I may not have been a math girl in school, but for some reason I excel at this kind of math. So I'm happy to help you today!

Since Walt Disney World hasn't released the park hours for November 30th yet, I can't confirm what time the park will open for Early Entry just yet. But let's use the days before to help us guestimate. If Early Entry is at 8:30 AM, the buses should start running 45 minutes to an hour before that, so at the earliest the first bus would be 7:30 AM and at the latest around 7:45 AM. The ride from Disney's All-Star Music Resort to Magic Kingdom is generally around 15-20 minutes, so even if the bus arrived at 7:30 and left immediately, it would still be cutting it really close. If it were me, Christa, I'd travel via the Minnie Van Service that morning. The Minnie Van Service typically begins running at 6:30 AM and can pick you up from your resort and take you to the same place the buses drop off (bypassing the Transportation and Ticket Center). I do want to remind you that, unlike the buses, Minnie Van Service isn't complimentary, so it is an additional cost, but it will most likely get you there by 7:45 AM, as you want.

I hope this was helpful, Christa. Before I let you go, if you are on the fence about Minnie Van, let me share some of the reasons I love it. I have two toddlers, and each Minnie Van comes with two car seats that they install for you. My littles actually love riding in the car seats, and my forward-facing princess likes that she gets to watch Disney shorts on the trip. Another reason I love Minnie Vans is that you have more control over your travel time. It is just you and your party in the Minnie Van, so you leave when you are all seated and belted! It's perfect if you are trying to make a dining reservation. Lastly, each Minnie Van is driven by a seasoned Cast Member, so you can expect exceptional service. If you need anything else, please let us know. We are always happy to help you plan out those logistics so you can focus on the magic of your vacation.

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.
