I need advice for strollers with 3 small children. I'm planning to rent a double stroller from a stroller service. I was looking into buying a wheeled board attachment for my oldest child to ride on. Is this allowed inside the parks? Any better ideas?

    Hi Whitney!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My son will turn three this summer, and I feel like all of the time I spent agonizing over strollers and gear 36 months ago is already obsolete. There are too many new options!

While I currently only have the one, I do like to pay attention to kid and baby trends, for resEARch. (It's also kind of fun to see all of the creative ways to not-walk that kids come with when at the Most Magical Place on Earth.) My family last visited Walt Disney World Resort six weeks ago and I did see a lot of wheel board/piggyback attachments like to what you're referring. There are even a few that have a tiny seats in the middle so the oldest has the option to both stand and sit! Currently there is nothing mentioning these boards either way. These accessories mainly occupy the space between the back of the stroller and where the pusher pushes which makes great use of that negative space. The only issue I do see is that some brands have the option to become an in-line scooter when removed from the stroller, which is on the prohibited list, so definitely leave those attachments at home.

Other options larger parties of littles have is baby-wearing the youngest or planning on making the oldest walk for as long as they can and then renting or buying a single stroller directly from Disney when their little legs need a break.

Bonus Tips: Have you looked into the Baby Care Centers? They are the perfect locations to take a break from the heat and excitement of a Disney Day, and they are also fully stocked with any emergency item you may need. Also don't forget about Disney's Rider Switch Service!

We'll See You Real Soon, Whitney!
