Hi! Need advice for booking ADRs. 10 days on property. Want CP 8:05am 2nd day, BOG dinner 2nd day, Ohana dinner 3rd day, CRT lunch 8th day. Do certain locations book up in the first few minutes? What order should I book these to ensure I don’t miss out

    Hi Kathie,

Those are some great dining locations!  You are absolutely correct in assuming that some restaurants fill up more quickly than others.  Be Our Guest hasn't started accepting reservations yet, but I'm guessing that when it does, it might be up at the top of the popularity list.  One thing I would advise is to be flexible with your time and dining options.  I know, you probably have a wonderful plan laid out for your perfect Disney vacation.  I always do, and sometimes all of my reservations fall right into place.  More often than not I end up having to switch everything around to get the dining choices I really want, and in some cases I even have back up dining options in case I can't get the reservation I want.

When you call to make your reservations, I would do it in this order: Be Our Guest, Cinderella's Royal Table, Ohana, and Crystal Palace.

Some substitution suggestions if you can't get what you want:

    • Cinderella's Royal Table - Cinderella's Happily Ever After Dinner at Grand Floridian
    • Ohana - Whispering Canyon Cafe
    • Crystal Palace - you should be able to get this, although maybe not for the exact time you want.  1900 Park Fare also does a nice breakfast with Winnie the Pooh and Tigger.
    • Be Our Guest - if you don't get it for dinner, you will at least be able to try it when it's open as a counter service restaurant for lunch.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!
