Howdy JoAnn! Welcome back to planDisney! We’re so happy to see you again.
I'm so glad to hear you have a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation planned! Isn't it exciting to know that an incredible adventure is on the horizon? I know you will have the most fantastic time, but I know there is much to think about before you arrive. So, let’s get your question answered!
A theme park ticket is not required to enter
Disney Springs, as entry is free! How great is that? Now, you will need a theme park ticket and park pass reservation for the park you plan to visit before heading to Disney Springs. But, you won’t have to worry about a ticket to enjoy an afternoon of food and shopping at Disney Springs.
Speaking of food, there are so many incredible dining options at Disney Springs. But, I’m all about sweets, so in my opinion, a visit to
Gideon’s Bakehouse is an absolute must-do! I’m telling you, these cookies will knock your socks off, which is coming from an incredibly tough critic. Not only are they HUGE, but they are super delicious. Plus, they have some incredible coffee drinks to wash them down with, like the famous Peanut Butter Cold Brew. I promise you won’t regret stopping by!
Now, before you go, let’s discuss your
park pass reservations quickly. As a reminder, you will need to make a reservation for the first park you plan to visit each day. Then, if you have added the Park Hopper Option to your ticket, you can hop over to another park after 2 p.m. each afternoon. Some dates get booked up, so I recommend securing your Theme Park Reservations as early as possible to ensure you can enjoy all the parks you were hoping to visit.
I do hope this answer has been helpful to you. Please feel free to visit us again with any other Walt Disney World vacation planning questions you may have!
See you real soon!
