Hello Ashley!
Welcome to planDisney! Walt Disney World Resort does a great job of meeting the needs of many
people with disabilities. The
Disability Access Service (DAS) is an example of one of those accommodations. DAS is intended for guests who have difficulty waiting in a traditional line due to their disability but it doesn't include those with mobility issues that could be addressed by a wheelchair or scooter.
DAS Advance is what I believe you are referring to, which is offered to eligible guests so that they can pre-register for DAS and then book up to 2 one-hour return windows for attractions ahead of time. To do this, you will have to log into your
My Disney Experience Account and then review and
accept the terms & conditions to start the chat. Make sure you are on a device that has a working microphone and camera and the guest who needs the DAS service is present with you. Not all
experiences are available for DAS Advance planning but I'm sure you will find a few great options. You are within the window to pre-register for DAS Advance but don't wait too long as that
window closes 2 days before you arrive.
My suggestion for you when booking DAS Advance return times is to make your decision based on what tends to have a long wait time and what you want to enjoy. For example, in Magic Kingdom Park I know that
Peter Pan's Flight and
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad are a lot of fun and will get busy very quickly. I would make them my top priority.
If you have any more questions about DAS or your upcoming trip please free to come back as we are glad to help!
Happy Planning!
