I need to add someone to my park reservation but it is now sold out. Is it possible to add a person to my existing reservation?

Hey there, hi there, Charles. Thanks so much for dropping by planDisney. You've got a friend in us!

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to get a ticket and reservation for a last-minute addition to your party. The Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar is fluid, so if you don't see reservations available for a certain date, keep checking! As Guests change their plans, reservations can open up.

I did take a look at the calendar and at the time of writing this, I did see that there is availability for both ticket types and parks for February 17, 2023. If that is indeed your visit date, go grab a ticket and reservation! I hope they are still available for you. If the date gets blocked out again, I have also had luck getting a very last-minute reservation late the night before. I know that can be stressful, but don't give up.

Pace your day to make sure you can stay late. The new Wondrous Journeys nighttime projection and fireworks spectacular for the Disney100 Celebration is SO good and I think everyone should make it a priority.

Charles, I hope you get that reservation booked and your party has a fantastic visit to The Happiest Place on Earth.

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
