Only one more sleep until
Walt Disney World! And, Jennifer, it sounds like your holiday plans are getting jollier with more family and friends joining you at the Most Magical Place on Earth during the most wonderful time of the year. How fab-yule-ous!
Adding someone to your Disability Access Service (DAS) group has just a few simple steps. First, make sure they have a valid
theme park admission and are connected to you on your
Family & Friends List. With these in place, you can speak with a Cast Member to request that the new people be added to your DAS group.
On the
My Disney Experience app, go to the main menu (the "☰" at the bottom of the screen), scroll to "Accessibility and Health Services" and select "Disability Access Service (DAS)." Tap "Speak with a Cast Member" to connect virtually and ask to add Guests to your DAS party. As you are planning your day, keep in mind that live video chat is available from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern.
You can also do this on your laptop by going to the
Disability Access Service (DAS) and selecting the link "Request Live Video Chat."
I hope you plan time in your day to enjoy some of the magical extras at Walt Disney World during Christmas! On
Christmas Eve Day, the Magic Kingdom has the best presents ever:
Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade at noon and 3:00 p.m. and
Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks at 8:30 p.m. These are traditionally exclusive to
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, but Mickey and his pals celebrate all day!
I am so excited thinking about all the magic that awaits you! If you have any questions while you are at the theme parks, you can stop by the
Guest Experience Teams under the big, blue umbrellas. And, when you are ready to plan your next trip (like using a
bounceback offer), you have a friend in
planDisney!
Merry! Merry!
