Hi Cindy,
Welcome to planDisey! Hooray for adding a guest!
If you booked a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package or resort hotel only, you may be able to modify that reservation online. Double-check the resort hotel room capacity to be sure that your room can accommodate another guest. Then, make sure the reservation is linked in your
My Disney Experience account. Once linked, check in My Plans. If there is a link to Change Reservation, try adding the guest to your party. If not, you can call 407-939-1936 and a Cast Member can help you modify that reservation. If you booked your
vacation package or
resort hotel through a third-party vendor or travel agent, you will need to contact that vendor or travel agent to make modifications.
Make sure that guest is connected in your
My Family & Friends List in My Disney Experience. If the guest has their own My Disney Experience account, you will need to link to that account. If the guest does not have a My Disney Experience account, you could create a profile for them. Make sure everyone in your party has
Disney Park Pass system reservations. And, be sure your guest is added to your
advanced dining reservations.
Prior to your visit, review the
resort hotel and
theme park experience updates as well as the general
operational updates to make sure you are familiar with the park procedures. If you have not done so already, download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. On our last visit, we used the mobile app for
Mobile Dine Check-in when we were checking in for our dining reservations. I loved being able to request a window table when that option was available in Mobile Dine Check-in.
Cindy, sending a little extra pixie dust your way as you continue to plan!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
