By allowing us to choose designated arrival times for our favorite attractions and then enter through the designated Lightning Lane, Genie+ helps us spend more time riding attractions and enjoying all the Dole Whips and funnel cakes that our hearts desire!
While I cannot personally add the
Genie+ Service to your tickets for you, I think I can help you out of this Genie lamp and back on your way to planning your visit! In my experience, sometimes switching the way you’re accessing the My Disney Account platform solves the problem. For example, if you are having trouble completing the prompts in the
My Disney Experience app, then try heading over to your
My Disney Experience account at DisneyWorld.com
