    I need to add on an extra ticket, what number can I call to talk to a customer service rep

    Welcome to planDisney! I know that sometimes it just feels best to talk to a real human, and Disney Cast Members are some of the most helpful humans around. Let's get you connected!

    You can find all phone numbers for the Disneyland Resort on this webpage. For your question, I would recommend calling the "Tickets" phone number, unless you're trying to add a ticket to a Disneyland Resort Vacation Package and then you could try the "Vacation Packages" number instead. 

    Did you know you can also chat with a Cast Member in the Disneyland Mobile App? That's a great option for getting a little bit of extra help while you're in the parks, too! You can also use the map feature in the app to find Guest Services locations where Cast Members can answer questions for you. Just tap the pin icon to open the map, tap "Attractions" at the top and then set the filter to "Guest Services" to find the closest one.
