I need to add an extra person to a ADR and there are no available times. I already have a infant listed can I just swap them out?

    Hello, Judy!

I would first recommend calling (407)WDW-DINE and speaking to a Cast Member about adding one more party guest to your reservation.  If it cannot be done without losing your reservation, then I suggest just keeping your time.  Upon check-in at your restaurant, let your Cast Member know that you have one extra guest. I spoke to a Cast Member this summer about this very issue.  I wanted to inquire about how they handle parties that are adding guests to their current reservation as they check-in?  The Cast Member informed me that when the number being added is one or two, they can usually accommodate them.  It is when the numbers are greater than one or two that they need to turn parties away, but it was highly suggested to call in days before your reservation to change numbers.

Diane's Tip of the Day:  If you are anything like me, desserts are a perfect way to end your evening. The Fireworks Dessert Party with Garden Plaza Viewing is where you want to be.  Fireworks and dessert...MAGICAL!

Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON!"
