Do I need to add my child younger than 3 in ticket or pass? I bought Genie+ but cannot make reservation on Genie+, it’s show not available for me to reserve.

Welcome to planDisney, Somruthai! And more specifically, welcome to Walt Disney World Resort! You have arrived "home," and I hope it's a magical day. Let's start your trip right by getting you an answer about adding your little prince or princess to Disney Genie+ Service.

Guests under three do not need a theme park ticket, so you do not need to purchase Disney Genie+ Service for your little one. You can take advantage of Rider Switch at attractions where your child doesn't meet the height requirement, and children under three can accompany you through the Lightning Lane entrance when you redeem your Genie+ selections. It's like magic!

Since you probably won't be able to cancel your purchase of Disney Genie+ Service, I recommend stopping by any Guest Relations location once you arrive at the theme park. Once you explain your situation, they should be able to help.

To find those attractions that offer Rider Switch, open your My Disney Experience mobile app and tap the location pin icon at the bottom to bring up the park map. You can sort by location and choose Guest Services from the dropdown menu at the top center. Choose the "Show List" option in the upper right and then scroll to Rider Switch to see a  list of attractions where you can utilize this service. Or find them on the map wherever you see the family icon. Cast Members will also be more than happy to help you!

Somruthai, I hope your family makes many magical, pixie-dust-filled memories on this trip. Please stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
