Hello, I need to add an additional ticket day. How can I update my current vacation plan to 7 instead of 6 day ticket passes?

    Hey there, Amanda!

Welcome to planDisney! I am so excited to hear that you are looking to add an extra day to your magical stay. There are so many new and exciting things happening at Walt Disney World. All four theme parks are in the middle of The World's Most Magical Celebration, and the festivities will still be going strong when you arrive. I hope the extra day gives you time to check out all four Beacons of Magic and find each of the golden sculptures in the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection

The extra park day ticket can be added through your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website. After you log in, select the My Plans option from the drop-down menu. This page will have all of your Disney vacation details including resort hotel reservations, theme park tickets, and park pass reservations. If your trip is a Disney vacation package, you will see your resort hotel information and a blue link labeled "Change Reservation". Select this option to view all of the modifications that can be made on the next page. Scroll down until you see Theme Park Tickets and select the Change option. Follow the remaining prompts to add the additional day to your adventure. Be sure to make your Disney Park Pass Reservation after making your changes. Currently, all four theme parks do require a reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket. If you are making changes to tickets that are not part of a vacation package the process will be very similar and can be done in the My Disney Experience app. Select the three bars at the bottom of the screen, and choose the Tickets and Passes option. Pick the ticket or tickets you would like to change and select "Change Ticket". You can also modify your tickets with a Cast Member by phone or at a Guest Relations location after you arrive at the theme parks. Just be sure to add that additional day before using the last day of your tickets. If all of your park tickets have been used, you will not be able to add another day.

I do want to mention that if you planned your magical adventure through a travel professional or agency they will need to make these changes on your behalf.

I hope that your upcoming trip is memorable and magical!
    We'll see ya real soon!
