I had the exact same thing happen to me last month. I contacted the friendly My Disney Experience tech support team at (407) 939-4357 (
here is a link to the Walt Disney World phone directory for Argentina) for their help. They were able to check and see if the tickets I was seeing were real or a glitch.
If it is indeed a glitch, you will want to clean it up so you’re not confused in the future. First, make sure you are running the most up-to-date version of the
My Disney Experience Mobile app. If that doesn’t help, you may need to completely log out of the app and then login again, or you may need to uninstall and reinstall the app. This fixed the problem for me. The Cast Member you speak with will walk you through all of these steps if you need help.
