    Hi! My name is Tania. I am planning a trip for 13. I will need 5 rooms in a hotel with babysitting. I want packages that include park hopper passes and dinning. Our first trip. 3 granddaughters 3 and under. 3 graduates. HELP!!

    Hi, Tania!  You must be Wonder Woman, tackling all of this on your own!  A job like this requires patience, great organizational skills, and a little bit of help from a Fairy Godmother type person!

    I am going to give you the phone number for the Walt Disney World Grand Gatherings.  You can reach them at 407-934-7639.  If you are a party of at least eight guests over the age of three, you qualify as a Grand Gathering, which gives you access to special assistance with coordinating accommodations, reserving dining experiences, and arranging recreational activity reservations.  You also will be give access to special experiences exclusively for Grand Gatherings guests!  How's that for getting you on the right track?

    You may also find that you don't need five rooms, if you are interested in vacation villas at one of the Disney Vacation Club properties.  You don't have to be a DVC member to book there, and most of the villas include a washer and dryer and full kitchen facilities, which can be really nice for families.

    I know as a Jersey girl, you can more than handle all of this planning on your own, but the team at Grand Gatherings will help you put together a vacation that best suits the needs of everyone in your party.  It's a great service for big groups like yours!
