My name is Steve and my family and my wife’s family are supposed to be at Disneyland on Wednesday aug 18. Well things have come up where we cannot make it, but the other family still can go. How do I cancel just my portion of the tickets, since it’a under

    Hello Steve!

A very warm welcome to planDisney and thanks for bringing your question our way!

I’m sorry to hear that you have to miss out on your previously planned trip to the Disneyland Resort! I hope the others that can still make it plan to bring back a souvenir for you! May I suggest you ask for a special snack or a piece of merchandise featuring your favorite Disney character?

If you purchased the tickets and made reservations for the entire party, you may cancel some of the reservations associated with your group without canceling the entire party. To cancel the reservation for you and your wife, please log in to your Disneyland Account select "My Disneyland" then click "Ticket and Reservation Details" and select "Cancel Reservation" next to the date you wish to cancel. While it may appear as if you are canceling the reservations for everyone in your party, in the next step you will be given the opportunity to select the specific people you are canceling the reservation for. You will then be able to book a new theme park reservation for a later date. The new reservation can be made immediately if you have a new date in mind, or at a later time if you're still unsure about your new plans. Reservations are limited and subject to availability. I recommend checking the Availability Calendar to make sure a Theme Park Reservation is available on the new desired day.

I hope this information helps! Please come back to see us here at planDisney if you have any more questions!
