    Hi, my name is Shimoya. I completed online check in. But status of guest information says “pending approval”. Do I need to take any actions before arrival?

    Hi there, Shimoya!  I'm glad you found your way to planDisney with this important question.  It is almost time for your magical vacation onboard Disney Cruise Line!

    The review of your documents you submitted during Online Check-in does take time, even up to the week of your sailing.  If it is still pending as of today, I suggest you reach out to Disney Cruise Line directly via phone or chat to confirm everything is good to go!  

    Don’t forget to download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app prior to boarding your cruise so you will have access to all of the onboard fun and activities.  The app will also show your rotational dining restaurant for each night and the hours of operation of the shops, lounges, and youth activities areas.  You're almost there, Shimoya!
