Name on reservation has changed, do I need to correct it

Hey there, hi there, Casandra! You've come to the right place for all your planning questions. Welcome to planDisney!

The countdown is in the final stretch and it's almost time for your visit! It's inevitable that your upcoming plans may have some changes from the original plan and that's no problem! If you already assigned names to theme park tickets, but there has been a change don't stress. You can easily get these names changed. All you will need to do is contact Guest Services via telephone or chat using the Disneyland app. Be sure the person reaching out is the one who purchased the tickets. If you are talking about a Disneyland Resort Hotel reservation, again please reach out to Guest Services to see how they can accommodate you.

Now as far as a dining reservation, once a reservation is booked the name cannot be changed unless you cancel and rebook. I do not recommend that as there's a good chance someone can grab it before you can rebook it. If you have the reservation confirmation number and name of reservation, you will still be able to check in for this reservation. You can even still link the reservation to your account on the Disneyland website, under "My Disneyland", and then "My Plans". There you will hover over "Dining" and you should see a "Link a Reservation" option pop up.

Casandra, I hope my answer checked all the boxes of possibilities for reservations, but if meant something else I am so sorry! Please reach back out and we will get you your answer. See you real soon!
