Marian from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello! My name is Marian and my family and I are cruising together but on separate rooms. We were wondering if we could request to sit together at one table and to also request our 4th night dining restaurant. Thank you.

Hi Marian! I love traveling with extended family. You can create unforgettable memories while discovering new destinations together. I'm happy to help you link your reservations so you can be seated together and share your day’s adventures over dinner.

To connect your travel party, you’ll need the last name, date of birth, and reservation number of one Guest in the stateroom you are linking. Sign in to your reservation and select the drop-down arrow next to your reservation number. Click “Add and Link Reservations” and fill in the required information.  If you're more of an app person, no worries! While viewing your reservation on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, tap on the three little lines at the bottom right. Select "Add Reservation" below the smiling Captain Mickey.

You can also request a particular table location under the Special Requests tab. Options include near a window or screen, a quieter area, or a private table. You can also ask for a highchair or booster seat and let your dining room servers know of any celebrations. I should mention that table requests are never guaranteed, but the schedulers will try their best to accommodate them. To make a specific restaurant request, you’ll need to contact a Disney Cruise Line agent by phone or online chat.

I hope your family dinners are filled with delicious food and wonderful conversation. Let me know if you have any other questions about dining or anything else.

Ahoy! Just like Moana, I feel the irresistible call of the sea. I think the best vacation is aboard a Disney Cruise Line ship – thankfully, my family agrees. Whether savoring gelato in Italy, snorkeling in Mexico, or basking in the sea breeze on deck, each destination fills us with memories to last a lifetime. I look forward to helping your family plan a Disney Cruise Line adventure brimming with cherished moments!
