Cathy from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hi my name is Kathy, I purchased 2 one day hopper tickets for april 19th. I won’t be able to make it that day. Can I change my date? Or would I just loose my tickets?

Hey there, Kathy! Welcome to planDisney. We are happy to have you here with your ticket question.

I'm sorry that your plans have changed and you can no longer make your upcoming theme park ticket reservation. The good news is that's totally okay! You will not lose your ticket. You can either cancel your theme park ticket reservation or just let the date pass. When you have figured out when you can make a visit work, you will just log into your Disney account on the Disneyland website or in the Disneyland app and make a new theme park ticket reservation.

I cannot be sure of what tier level April 19th, 2023, is because it is currently booked full, but it looks like it is a lower-tiered day, like tier 1 or 2. If that is the case, just be mindful that as we head into the summer vacation months there will be fewer of those days on the calendar. You will only be able to make a new reservation for a date that is the same or a lower-tiered day as your current ticket. If you want to visit on a day that is a higher tier than your ticket, you will need to upgrade your ticket. Ticket upgrades are currently done in person at the Main Entrance Ticket Booth, and if you have any questions Ticket Services will be your best contact.

Kathy, thanks so much for stopping by. Be sure to check out Disney Parks Blog ahead of your visit to make sure you don't miss any fun and exciting announcements! We hope to see you real soon!
