Hi there! My name is Jennifer and we are planning a trip in January. We have a timeshare off site, but we love the convenience of the dining plan. Can it be purchased with tickets, or do you have to stay at a Disney resort? Thanks so much!

Greetings and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jennifer, we thank you for this excellent question!

Participating in a Disney Dining Plan is the ultimate way to enjoy a wide variety of dining experiences throughout Walt Disney World Resort. The way to participate in a Disney Dining Plan is to either book an inclusive, pre-paid Magic Your Way Vacation Package (including Theme Park Tickets and Disney Resort hotel stay), or by modifying an existing Disney Resort hotel reservation and upgrading to a package that includes a Disney Dining Plan.

Have you heard about Disney’s vacation ownership program called Disney Vacation Club? Imagine having access to incredible Disney destinations year after year and where you could easily opt to purchase a Disney Dining Plan to align with your Walt Disney World Resort Deluxe Villas stay, how great is that! Enjoy a Free DVD or Video containing more exciting information.

Don’t forget to customize your plans with My Disney Experience and download My Disney Experience mobile app to manage your plans before and during your visit.

We hope this information is helpful, Jennifer and we would be happy to be of assistance again soon!

    Best Disney Wishes!
    Jacqueline
