Hi my name is destiny, I bought tickets for Disneyland and California Disney online. But won’t be able to go due to complications. Will I be able to get my money back if I canceled them?

    Hi Philip,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for reaching out to us with your question about Theme Park Tickets.  I am so sorry to hear you won't be able to make your upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort, hopefully with a little bit of "Faith, Trust & Pixie Dust" you will be walking through the gates of Disneyland Park soon.

Disneyland Theme Park Tickets are non-refundable, however you could always cancel your existing Theme Park Reservation and select a new date when you are ready to visit.  If you cannot find a date that is convenient prior to your Theme Park Tickets expiring, you should be able to use the value of your wholly unused Theme Park Ticket toward the value of a new Theme Park Admission when you are ready to visit once again.  You could I do suggest calling Ticket Services and explaining your situation to the Cast Member, they may be able to help sort your Theme Park Tickets out.

I hope this information was useful, Philip.  If you have any other questions, please come back to us here at planDisney, we are always happy to help.
