Welcome to planDisney Christopher! You've come to the right place to chat about making core memories with your family!
A
Disneyland Resort Magic Key Pass is a wonderful way to unlock the magic of the "Happiest Place on Earth" all year-round, and it's a smart idea to look at all of the available options,
benefits and discounts, as well as the pricing to see which one is the best fit for you and your family. There is a nice grid with the price breakdown by each Magic Key type on the main Magic Key page, and it even lists the monthly payment price for California Residents, which is a great benefit to be able to split up the payments throughout the entire year. You will also want to explore the
Magic Key calendar, which lists out the blockout dates by Magic Key type. If you're someone who prefers to visit the parks on the weekends or during the summer months, you'll want to make sure you select a Magic Key Pass that allows you to do so.
If you are a Southern California resident living in zip codes 90000 to 93599, the
Imagine Key Pass could be a great option for you! You still receive wonderful benefits such as discounts on select dining locations and merchandise, but it is a lower-priced option than the other Magic Key passes.
If a Magic Key Pass is not the right choice at this time, another option is to explore the
California Resident Park Hopper Ticket Offer that is good for 3 visits from now through May 21, 2026 and may be used on nonconsecutive days. If you'll be visiting with little Mouseketeers, there is also a
Kids' Summer Ticket Offer to explore for visits between May 22 through September 7, 2026. Both ticket offers are subject to
theme park reservation availability, so I recommend checking for availability before purchasing your tickets.
I hope this information gives you some good options to explore, and you're on your way to magical memories with your family soon, Christopher! Don't hesitate to
come back to planDisney throughout the year if we can help with any other questions.
Have a magical day!
Melissa
