Hi Christian!
Welcome to planDisney! Oh boy, oh boy. . .your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation is
Just Around the Riverbend as my friend Pocahontas would say! Before you know it, you'll be enjoying yummy Mickey-shaped snacks and your favorite attractions.
Christian, if you're staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel,
Disney bands offer perhaps the easiest option to manage multiple payment methods from different members of your travel party. Disney bands are available for purchase at most retail locations, including resort hotel gift shops. When you check into your hotel, you should be able to link different credit and/or debit cards to each Disney band simply by visiting the Front Desk. Throughout your vacation, each person in your group can charge food and souvenir purchases to their Disney band while in the parks or around the resort then, at the end of the trip, the charges to each Disney band will be reconciled to the credit or debit card on file for that band. Not only are Disney bands functional, but they're fun too! You'll find a variety of colors and patterns available that can make them a great personal accessory. Additionally, they also interact with select entertainment around the theme parks by lighting up and vibrating!
If you don't plan on purchasing a Disney band, you can also use
Disney MagicMobile Service similarly. These passes are available to create for free from your mobile phone and will be stored in your mobile wallet. You can use these to enter the parks, tap into ride queues, and make purchases. If you have additional questions about credit and debit cards, the Cast Members at the Front Desk of your hotel will be happy to help you when you arrive.
During your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, I hope you have a chance to check out the
nighttime spectaculars at Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, and Disney's Hollywood Studios. It's hard to pick a favorite, but I'd have to lean towards
Fantasmic! The storytelling here is incredible as you step inside Mickey's dream. . .or will the villains turn it into a nightmare? You also may want to stop by Disney Springs one evening to see
Disney Dreams That Soar. This drone show only has a few more weeks left before it's scheduled to conclude on September 2, 2024. There are typically two shows each night, but you can always confirm the latest schedule in your
My Disney Experience Mobile App.
Christian, I hope this information helps and that you enjoy a magical visit to Walt Disney World Resort this week! Please stop by and see us again here at planDisney if you have any other questions in the future!
See ya real soon!
