Can a name be changed on a ticket that hasn’t been used?

Hi there, Lisa! Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for popping in with your question!

The good news is, yes – a wholly unused ticket can be transferred to another Guest. You can call Ticket Services to make the change in advance. You can also use the Chat with Us feature in the Disneyland mobile app to reach the Guest Services team.

Also, if you cancel a reservation, the ticket will remain linked to your account to make a new reservation in the future.

If the change in plans is for you, I hope you can get to the magic soon. If you are still going to the parks as planned, have the most magical time, taking in all the sights, sounds and treats of the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort
