    My name has changed as my account is old how do I change it as I think that is why I can't connect to a reservation that a family member made for our trip has that is my correct name. Thank you

    To update your Disney account, please visit Communication Choices and select Disney, ESPN, ABC, Marvel, and Star Wars accounts. After signing in, you will be able to update your personal information, reset your password, and even delete your account. 

    After updating your information, sign in to My Disney Experience and visit My Family & Friends to add your family member and start planning your Disney vacation together. If you require assistance, please call (407) 939-1936 and Cast Members will be happy to assist you.
