I'm so sorry to hear that you haven't been able to locate your
Disney PhotoPass pictures in your My Disney Experience mobile app, but please don't worry! This has happened to me a couple of times in the past, and the amazing PhotoPass team has always been able to locate and link my
Walt Disney World Resort vacation pictures for me.
Cesar, if you have any other pictures from that day, I would advise you to keep them close by and
fill out this handy form. From the drop-down menu, you will need to select "A missing photo", and then fill out the date, location, and time, as well as the estimated number of missing photos and any Disney characters posing with you (in your case, that would be Mickey Mouse).
After you've filled this out, you will need to provide the PhotoPass team with as many details as possible for each Guest in the missing photo. This is why you'll need that other photo from the same day! In fact, you will also be able to upload any of your pictures taken that same day in order to help the team locate your photos faster. Finally, you will simply need to fill out your personal information, including your MagicBand ID. You can find this number on the back of your MagicBand!
