My name is Bill could use some help on making reservations for February 2027 at Polynesian Village two people five days would like to package meals tickets to Parks reservations for special dinners. Thank you.

Aloha, William, and welcome to planDisney!

First of all, I love that you're planning to stay at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort on your upcoming visit! With its tropical theming, incredible food, and convenient monorail access, the Polynesian has a way of amping up those laid-back vacation vibes. My family has stayed there several times, and just like the water calls to Moana, the Polynesian always calls us back! There's nothing quite as magical as a day at the Lava Pool, topped off with a DOLE Whip from the Pineapple Lanai. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

William, the Polynesian is an extremely popular resort, so I'm happy to see that you're getting a jump on your vacation planning. But if you've been exploring the Walt Disney World website, you've probably noticed that dates for 2027 aren't available yet. Historically, vacation packages for the following year are released sometime in May or June. So while I can't say for sure (I'm not Madame Leota, after all!), there's a good chance you'll be able to book your stay sometime late this spring, or possibly early this summer.

In the meantime, it's a great idea to start thinking about your ticket and dining options. In case you missed it, there are several types of theme park tickets, including the Standard Theme Park Ticket (one park per day), the Park Hopper Option (multiple parks per day), and the Park Hopper Plus Option (multiple theme parks per day, plus some fun extras!). You'll choose your ticket type when you book your vacation package, so now is a good time to explore your options and decide which is best for you.

Now that we've covered the basics, it's time to talk about my favorite topic: FOOD! First, I recommend checking out the Disney Dining Plan. There are two separate plans (the Disney Dining Plan and the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan), which come with their own price points and dining allotments. The Dining Plan isn't for everyone, but you may want to check it out before you book your trip, since you'll have the chance to add it during the booking process.

Since you mentioned special dinners, I'd like to shout out a few of my favorites! For a rootin' tootin' good time, I always suggest the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. Or for something a little more romantic, Narcoossee's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is always my favorite go-to. As a Disney Resorts Collection hotel guest, you'll be able to book these dining experiences up to 60 days before check-in.

I hope this information is helpful, William! If you have any other planning questions, you know where to find me right here at planDisney. I'm always happy to help in any way I can!

    Magic awaits,

    Allison
