    My name is Annie and it will be my for trip to Disney World with my daughter as a surprise for her 10th b-day! What can we do on the 1st day since our plane gets in at 6pm what can we do for fun that night?

    What a wonderful surprise for your little girl! She will remember this special birthday forever!

    My kids (7 & 10) are always super eager to go to Downtown Disney on the first evening of our trip.

    There is no admission fee and you can take Disney Transportation there to experience all of the fun shops and dining.  Including the largest Disney Character store in the World!

    Another thing that we do for first and last evening of our trips are explore our Disney Resort and the other Disney Resorts.  You can walk around any of the other Resorts in Disney.  These Resorts aren't just like any ole hotel...they are beautifully themed and full of fun things to see.  

    My kids also enjoy taking a Disney Bus, boat or Monorail ride just to build up excitement for the next day when we will be at the Parks.
