My name is Ann and I am planning our 1st Disney Cruise out of Galveston on Nov 2nd. So excited. Trying to find more info on photo packages. The pricing for our 6 night cruise says $295 - which is the same price as for a 7 night sailing. Why?

    Hello Ann,

Thanks so much for sailing by!  How exciting that your first Disney Cruise Line voyage is in sight.  The anticipation of a Disney Cruise is almost as much fun as the trip itself.  (I did say "almost!")  I always purchase a cruise photo package on my family's sailings, and have a home filled with photographic evidence of our incredible expeditions.  In my experience, regardless of cruise length, unlimited digital image packages are a great value, particularly if purchased before your sailing at a discount.  The photos are all great quality, and photographers are professional and wonderful with families of all sizes and configurations.  When my kids were younger, the photographers on board were incredibly talented at getting them to look at the camera and smile!  We also find that the photographers who are at the character meet and greet opportunities are particularly helpful and ready to capture amazing magical moments on board the ship.  Photography services are offered by an independent company, Shutters, and rates vary by sailing.  However, regardless of ship, sailing or destination(s), in my experience, the packages are a great value if you tend to take a lot of photos like my clan.

I hope you have a magical trip!
