Hi Angela,
Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Your Walt Disney World vacation will be here before you know it!
What I appreciate about the
Dining Plans is they they offer convenience and flexibility while still providing a wide range of of restaurants and dining styles to enjoy that delicious Walt Disney World food. I do think that there is a Dining Plan option to meet just about every family's preferences for dining styles.
It sounds like you added the
Disney Dining Plan to your reservation, and with that plan each Guest over the age of 3 gets 1 table-service meal, 1 quick-service meal, and 2 snacks for each night of your stay. The thing to keep in mind, in my opinion, is that your snack credits can be used for a light meal. For example, you could get a bagel and cream cheese for breakfast, or a soup or salad for lunch, and you can use your snack credits for those items. That leaves you with your quick-service meal and your table-service meal for that day. Each of the food items that counts as a snack on the Disney Dining Plan will be identified on the menus with the purple and white Disney Dining Plan logo. If your vacation dining style is more a preference for 3 meals a day — whether those meals are sit-down table-service meals or quick-service meals, then the
Disney Deluxe Dining Plan might be worth exploring.
Angela, I hope this information is helpful as you plan your Walt Disney World vacation. If you have more questions, please do ask away here at Disney Parks Moms Panel. We are happy to help.
Enjoy your Disney!
Jerry
