MYW package + dining booked for 10 nt stay for family of 4. Grandparent would like to visit during our stay for 3 or 4 nights. Is this possible? If so, how does it work? Thanks!

    Hi there, Tom!

What a wonderful vacation this sounds like it will be!

If another person wants to join in on the fun, the first thing you'll need to do is to ensure that the person has Resort reservations. If you want your guest to say with you and be on your reservation, you will need to ensure that adding the person to your room does not violate the occupancy capacity. Walt Disney World takes great care of its Guests, and if adding the Guest means that your room will have more than its designated number of occupants, your guest will need to make his/her own room reservations.

If adding one more person is within the room occupancy numbers, you will be able to add on your guest. Please do this as soon as possible; if you are in your 45-day window prior to your trip, any changes you make will need to be paid in full. And, depending upon how far out you are from your arrival day, there might be a small surcharge to modify your reservation.

Simply give the Walt Disney Travel Company a call at (407) W-DISNEY.

You'll need to let Disney's Magical Express know in advance, too, if you are taking advantage of that service.

And please remember to make the required adjustments to any dining reservations that you have by calling (407) WDW-DINE.

    Have a wonderful stay!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
