    We have a MYW package with 7 day park hoppers and photopass. We want to upgrade to annual passes, but what happens to the photopass we paid for, since its included in the annual passholder ticket?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I have to say, I like the way you think! Being a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder brings even more pixie dust to your visits, and I love feeling like I’m in a magical club.

    If you’re upgrading your Magic Your Way ticket to an Annual Pass that has Memory Maker included, simply ask to have the Memory Maker product refunded at the time you upgrade. I checked with a Cast Member, who assured me that they will be happy to assist with that transaction with Annual Passes at the Gold, Platinum, and Platinum Plus level, which currently include unlimited PhotoPass downloads.

    Kimberley, I am a huge fan of Memory Maker and my family always makes time to stop at PhotoPass photographers all over Walt Disney World. Be sure to ask your photographer if there are Magic Shots available; these super fun shots add neat effects and surprises to your photos. You can even check the Disney PhotoPass Service Facebook page to see current available Magic Shots so you can be sure to get your favorite ones.
