Hi, myself, partner and 5 year old son are travelling to Florida in October, whilst we are on holiday it is going to be my son’s 6th birthday. Can you please suggest something special we can do with him?

    Hi Danielle!

Celebrating a birthday at Disney is a very unique experience.  I would start your son's birthday with a birthday breakfast at Chef Mickey's.  It is a lively restaurant where you will meet Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto and Donald.  We celebrated our children's birthdays there and we brought a birthday card for the characters to sign.  It made for a great souvenir.  Click here to visit the Chef Mickey's site.

When you arrive at the park stop in at guest services and pick up a free Happy Birthday button for him. He will be stopped by several cast members throughout the day who will wish him Happy Birthday.

You can bring some decorations from home to decorate your room while he sleeps or you can have the dream makers at the Disney florist send him something special from his favourite characters.  Click here to visit the Disney florist.

If you plan on making dining reservations on the day of his birthday you can order a birthday cake. Cake orders can be ordered when you book your dining reservation.

    Have a magical vacation!
