We will have myself, my 9 month old, my 2 year old, my husband and my mother in law (which has both had weight loss surgery and can not each much). At the plated dinners (not buffet) will we be able to share meals? (we will not be on a DP) Thanks!

    Hi there Amanda!

Thanks for choosing to stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

When dining at Disney's vast array of Table Service Dining locations around the parks and resorts, you'll find a great variety of dishes suitable for sharing amongst your dining party. Since you're not using a Disney Dining Plan, you'll have no problem ordering only what you wish to suitably feed your family's needs and appetite. If you're ever unsure about a portion size, simply consult your server with your questions.

When dining at Character Dining or buffet locations, your party will be charged and served per person for those ages 3-9 for children or 10+ for 'adults.' Since your little ones are both under the age of 3, they will be able to share from the plates of the grown ups in your dining party.

I hope this information is helpful to you Amanda.
If you have additional questions about Dining at Walt Disney World, I hope you'll write me back. I'd love to hear from you again.

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
