    Hi Moms, myself and 2 girls stayed in SS Congress Park before and loved it. Staying at OKW 1 bed next year as need bed each as girls are bigger now. Can you recommend an area with quiet pool and close to bus stop. Don't mind walking to restaurants etc x

    I'm so glad you decided on Disney's Old Key West Resort!  I think you will absolutely love it!!! 

    There are several areas at Old Key West that are a perfect match for what you are looking for.  Rather than asking for a particular area or building, the best thing to do when you have a specific room or Villa request is to make a note on your reservation with the details.  

    If you made your reservation directly with Disney, you can call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 or 0800 16 90 730 (UK) and ask the Cast Member you speak with to make a note on your reservation requesting an area with a quiet pool and close to a bus stop.  You can also add that you do not need to be close to the Hospitality House.

    When you are 10 days out from your check-in date, contact Old Key West and ensure that your request is noted on your reservation.  The phone number for Old Key West is (407) 827-7700.  The Cast Members who take care of the Villa assignments will do their best to accommodate you.

    By making your request this way rather than requesting a specific area or building, you actually have a better chance of staying in a Villa that best suits your needs.
