    Myself and Family 10yo 6yo will be staying @ thewilderness campsites and was wondering about the area... I have a camper... but food wise and area wise? We are staying 5 days to see each park a different day would it be wise to get the dining plan?

    Generally the campers are not getting the Dining Plans since most want to do some of the cooking themselves at their sites.  But this does not mean you have to cook....after all you are on vacation!

    There are two general store outposts that will sell main food staples within Fort Wilderness.  You can also use a grocery delivery service and can do the ordering on line at www.gardengrocer.com.  I have used this when staying in the Fort Wilderness cabins and they are wonderful and the choices are excellent!

    If you think you will be staying in the parks over your lunch and dinner hours then a dining plan might work for you. To read more about this offer please click HERE.  Fort Wilderness also has the Trails End buffet restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner making it an easy place to grab a good bite to eat coming or going to the parks!
