Hi myself and my family are going on our 2nd Disney Cruise from Sydney, Australia. My wife has lost her physical drivers licence, We are trying to find out if Disney cruise line accepts digital drivers licence photo id when boarding the ship?

Welcome to planDisney, Matt! Your magical adventure on the Disney Wonder is almost here. I hope you and your family are getting excited.

For Disney Magic at Sea - Australia to Australia itineraries, all Guests ages 18 years and older must present their original passport, valid at least 6 months after the sailing has ended, or a government-issued photo ID. I checked with a Disney Cruise Line representative, and unfortunately, digital or mobile IDs are not acceptable to sail. Guests without proper documentation will be denied boarding.

When you arrive at the port, make sure your travel documentation is in your carry-on bag and not your checked luggage. You will need to present it before boarding and your luggage will be taken on the ship to be delivered to your stateroom later in the day. Other important items that you may want to keep with you are prescription medication and sunscreen.

Matt, I hope you have a great sailing on the Disney Wonder. If you have any other questions, come back to visit us at planDisney.

    Bon Voyage!
