Hi Elizabeth!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
It's lovely to assist my fellow guests from the UK, especially at an exciting time like this, when there is a lot of new information about the phased re-opening of Walt Disney World Resort. I am also very happy to see that you are planning your holiday in September. We have a wide library of videos with planning tips from our
Disney Parks Moms Panel here, which may help with some ideas for you! We don't yet know if sone of our favourite ticketed events, parades and fireworks will be re-introduced later this year, as it is an ever-changing situation. In the meantime, I hope you will enjoy some of the new character events,
outlined here.
Theme park reservations - the new
Disney Park Pass system - will be required for every day you wish to visit a Walt Disney World theme park. This is in addition to your admission tickets, so as soon as you have purchased your tickets, please ensure you have set up your My Disney Experience Account and linked both your tickets and your Disney Resort hotel reservation, to your account, then you can go ahead and make your Disney Park Pass reservations now. Reservations can be made up until September 2021. As each Disney Park Pass has limited availability, I recommend that you go ahead and select your passes at your earliest opportunity.
At this time, during the phased re-opening of Walt Disney World, we may need a little more considered and careful planning, but our holidays to Walt Disney World Resort can still be a magical experience. Please read this information about
Returning to a World of Magic, and keep your eye on any new posts from the Disney Parks Blog as more official details are announced.
We know you have many questions about what this all means for your upcoming visit. Please know we are working to be able to answer your questions as quickly as possible, and we look forward to providing an update as soon as we have more information to share. Come back and ask as many questions as you like! We are always happy to help you plan your holiday.
Sue
