Hi Anne,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
Great to hear that you were able to use
Disney MagicMobile Service to share your daughter’s ticket from My Disney Experience. You’re one step closer to the magic!
If you’re looking to share her ticket through the
My Disney Experience app, you’ll simply need to share your plans with her. Once the plans are shared between both of your My Disney Experience accounts, she should see her ticket within the app. To do this, you’ll want to open your app and select the three horizontal lines in the lower right corner, then select “My Profile”. Next, select the “Family & Friends List” tab and click her name. Under “Share Plans”, the system will be able to send her an email. Once she receives the email and confirms she’d like to share plans, her ticket should show up in the “Ticket and Passes” section of the app!
The main use for having her ticket in her own My Disney Experience mobile app would be to allow her to make her own
Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane reservations. If the Service is purchased, both you and her will be able to make the reservations and you’ll see the plans in both of your apps.
If for any reason, you aren’t able to share your plans with her account, definitely reach out to the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desk. The Cast Member should be able to help you get this resolved.
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful as you prepare for the
World’s Most Magical Celebration. If you have any last minute vacation or planning questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
