Hi there, Chris! Welcome to planDisney!
What a fun cruise you’re about to sail on with your daughter! The two of you are going to make wonderful memories together aboard the Disney Wish! The
Disney Wish has such beautiful
staterooms! I love the colors and theming in each one, as it makes the room feel so inviting and cozy. I would be glad to answer your question regarding the sleeping configurations in your
stateroom.
As long as your stateroom comes equipped with a pull-down bed, I don’t see why your daughter can’t request to use it! One of the best things about Disney Cruise Line is that you’re able to customize your vacation and receive personalized service, including from your
Dining Team and Stateroom Host. In my experience, our Stateroom Hosts have always been the kindest people who work extremely hard to ensure my family and I are comfortable and happy throughout our vacation.
I recommend telling your Stateroom Host on the first day of your cruise that this is where your daughter would like to sleep, so that they're aware. As long as lowering the pull-out bed falls within the stateroom's safety parameters, Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo, they can make it happen! If there's a reason why they would be unable to bring it down for her, they will let you know on the first day and let you know of the sleeping arrangement they recommend.
Something you’ll also notice about the stateroom is that it has so many thoughtfully designed components. Luggage can be stored underneath the main bed and kept out of the way. The closets are huge and offer plenty of shelving to keep all those cute outfits organized and shoes off the floor. One of my favorite features is the split-bathroom design that’s offered in many staterooms, which definitely helps when my family is getting ready for dinner at the same time!
Chris, I hope that I was able to offer clarification. I WISH you and your daughter so many fun memories on board together! Please sail back to planDisney if you have any other questions.
Seas the Adventure,
Rana
