Three Generations Aboard Ship; fireworks; night

    Myself and another caregiver will be sailing with 3 individuals with Special Needs in April, is there a way that the 5 of us can eat at a table alone in the dining room? We will have 1 wheelchair and 2 individuals that make noises/ repeat themselves alot

    Planning a vacation is always fun, knowing that you'll be well taken cared of. Disney Cruise Line sets very high expectations for its' cast members to go above and beyond the call of duty. It's amazing how many magical moments happen while onboard, and those are the memories that remain unforgettable.

    As you prepare for your voyage, I would suggest that you call the Disney Cruise Line travel desk for specific needs and requirements that you may have for your traveling party. Your request for a specific table for your party can be noted once you call Disney Cruise Line directly at 1-800-951-3532. You'll need to give your stateroom number and describe what your ideal setup could be. The cast members will then relay this to the necessary team and they can make the arrangements needed to meet your requests.

    They are really easy to work with - and you definitely want to make note of any requests early.

    In addition, if you are planning to watch the evening shows -- there will be a cast member at the entrance of the theater every evening. He or she can also help you get situated at the nearby reserved area for wheelchairs and comfortably seat everyone.
