Hello! Since the MyDisney Experience update, I can’t seem to find the countdown to our trip date (which my son loved to check on a regular basis). Are we missing something? Thank you!

    Hello Liegia,

Thanks for visiting Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I hope you are getting excited for your Walt Disney World vacation. Your trip time will be here before you know it, and you'll have all the magic awaiting you.

You can sign in to your My Disney Experience account at DisneyWorld.com and check out the "My Plans" menu section. When you see your page with your plans — it might even display a message like "Liegia's Plans and Tickets" — you should see a series of planning categories with circle icons that are blue. The categories will be for "Family & Friends," "Resort Hotel," "Park Tickets," "Dining," and "FastPass+." If you look just below the blue circle icon for "Resort Hotel," you should see a countdown message displayed that says "See you in ... days!" with your countdown number. At the moment, the countdown appears in the full website version rather than the My Disney Experience Mobile App.

Liegia, please let us know if you have any other questions as you plan your Walt Disney World vacation.

Enjoy your Disney and have a magical stay!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
